    • A short, convenient drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see any one of them as a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the day, St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at your back door), Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona Speedway (half hour), a variety of great golf courses, plus another endless number of things to fill your leisure hours. And don’t forget the beach just a few short steps away.

    		  Low Season Price: $725 per Week
      High Season Price: $850 per Week
         

    A $200 security deposit holds your reservation when booked. $300 if bringing a pet, $400 for a monthly reservation. Full payment is do 30 days before your arrival date during the high season months of the year. All other times payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. There is a $75-$100 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida resort taxes charged in addition to the published rental rates. In the off season months we have deep discounted Package Specials that include all the rent, resort taxes and cleaning. Please inquire for details.
