Planning a trip to Disney or other Orlando Attractions. Come and stay with us for a few days at the beach. We are just 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Escape from the ordinary to a well appointed townhouse in New Smyrna Beach. Located in lush tropical surroundings featuring, a new fully equipped kitchen, enclosed patio and a sundeck located off the 2 bedrooms. We have 1 queen bed 2 twin beds and 1 roll out twin bed, which will sleep up to 5 people. Our townhouse has been planned with convenience and comfort in mind. Have your morning coffee, while you walk the beach.. or just relax in our warm Florida sun room. Join in on the fun at our clubhouse. Our pool is heated for your convenience, tennis and shuffleboard courts are available. Free Wi Fi internet is available in the townhouse, Long Distance Telephone calling (within the US and Canada), and 3 new flat screen TV's have just been placed in the living room and bedrooms, of course cable/HBO are available. The townhouse has an at home "beach cottage" feel and you will want to make it your home away from home. Our staff is always welcoming and Nettie is available to help in any way. Late arrivals are always accomodated. These are just a few features that make our townhouse a fine choice for your vacation holiday in New Smyrna Beach at 101B. Just a few steps away to one of Florida's beautiful pristine beaches. This Non-Smoking townhouse provides peace and tranquility, just for you. Located on the quiet southern end of the island when relaxation is on your agenda. But, close enough to shopping and many gourmet restaurants, museaums, kayaking and cafes.
You are invited to a charming, relaxing retreat, combining casual elegance with warm hospitality.
We are not far from all of the Orlando/Disney/Universal/NASA attractions.
Facilities
Just a walk through the groundsand see the beauty and serenity of "Old Florida" at it's best. This property has many amenities to offer. We have free high speed internet WiFi in the townhouse and cable TV with HBO, DVD player and CD player all TV's are new flat screen. There is a movie lubrary available. The townhouse has been newly renovated and decorated. There are 2 computers that are offered as well with WiFi internet at the cabana and your computer can be used around the heated pool that is situated in beautiful 200 year old oak trees.
Activities
Eco tours, great village shopping, beach bikes available to rent, museums, live theater, walking tours. The opportunity to drive on the beach with your car and pick a place a picnic is quite an experience. Close to all Orlando attractions.

We bought our townhouse in 2000 and lived in it for a couple of years. We loved the area so much we built a house nearby. We could not give up the townhouse and promised to retire there in the future. New Smyrna Beach is on an East Coast barrier Island that has been selected as one of Florida Best Beaches. It offers a quaint shopping village both on the island and mainland. The southern end of the Island is a National Sea Shore Park with pristine swimming, vegetation, animals and birds. Our newly renovated townhouse has an at "My Home at the Beach ambienance. The town has a small Village feel, peace and goodwill is everywhere. You can find shopping and quaint restaurants both on the island and mainland. Then there is the beach. Beautiful and clean, with plenty of room to spread out and just enjoy yourself. We have met many friends from all over the world which have stayed at our townhouse, as it has a friendly feel and we will try to cater to all of your needs. Orlando entertainment is nearby, NASCAR, Daytona Raceway, Bike week, fishing, boating, deep sea fishing, many golf courses, museums and State Parks. Travel Options

- Travel Info: We are close to Highway 95. Our property is located on an island south of Daytona. It is very much a beach community with a village atmostphere. We have had many guest from many countries. New Smyrna Beach is on an East Coast Barrier Island that has been selected as one of Florida's 'Best Beaches'. The clean well equipped kitchen and crisp linens are always maintained for your comfort. Orlando entertainment is nearby, NASCAR, Daytona Raceway, Bike week, fishing, boating, many golf courses, museums and State Parks. We are 1.5 hrs. drive to Disney attractions.

Our son made hiself at home. From the minute we entered the front door of your beautiful townhouse, we knew we made the right choice. I did not look for something and it was not there. We came with our 17 year old and our 14 year old twins and they loved the boards (which we almost bought , too). We are all so excited to return again in the future. You are at the top of our list. Thank you so much for opening your townhous and allowing our family to enjoy it.

We love the Bahamian club and have vacationed there since 2006 at least twice a year. We have stayed in many beautiful units at the Bahamian Club and this one is over the top. The owners provide everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the beach. Even the cookware is top of the line. We stumbled on the beautiful town of New Smyrna Beach in 2000 and have returned every year since. Again this townhouse is amazing just like the beach across the street. Can't wait to stay there again next summer

Two months in paradise! This townhouse had everything and then some. The beautiful ocean and beach is so close and the complex pool is great and heated. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything you would ever need. The unit is furnished with so many extras. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the highest), I would rate it 20! It's a wonderful place and New Smyrna Beach is a well-kept secret. Lots of things going on in town and great shopping. We'll be back again.

What a wonderful place to make a memory. The condo was extremely nice and provided everything we needed for a great week. We loved the location and the peaceful setting. Walks on the beach, reading by the pool, family meals in the great kitchen as well as area restaurants, movie time at night, and just all around relaxation for restoration after a busy school year. We highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I had a fantastic time; a totally relaxing beach vacation. The condo is lovingly decorated and feels very homey, in a good way! The (short) walk to the beach makes it a perfect location to pop home for lunch. We had a blast and will definitely stay there again!

I live in the Florida Keys and come here for vacation. This island offers such beauty. I enjoy the village shopping and my morning walks on the beach. I even rented a bike to ride through the island and I have enjoyed the townhouse. It is very comfortable and you feel it is your home because everything is available here that you would need. The office is frendly and helpful.

Hoilday at Florida East Coast Island Beach Vacation - New Smyrna Beach, Unit 101B
Located on the east central Atlantic coast of Florida with close proximity to all of the Disney attractions. The quaint village gives you Florida at its best. The eco system in New Smyrna Beach at balance and the Coastal National Park located at the south end of the Island offers pristine beaches and solitude to all types of bathing.
Just a few steps through to the beach path you are at crystal clear waters. The resort offers a sparkiling 85 degree pool, cabana, tennis and shuffle board courts. The tounhouse has been recently renovated and is still a work in progress. The new kitchen with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and self cleaning oven offers all that is needed to make a dinner of your dreams, or relax on the new sun porch and listen to the many birds that just outside your window. Walk on the beach at sunrise a see a breath taking sight. There are 3 flat screen TV's, cable TV/HBO in each bedroom and free high speed internet. This 2 bedroom 21/2bath townhome which has 5 ceiling fans, A/C, tiled floors downstairs and carpeted upstairs, washer/dryer. There is a sunning balcony off the 2 bedrooms. With courteous staff to meet all your needs, I am sure you will enjoy your stay at the Bahamian Club 101B.
