6 Bedroom House in New Smyrna Beach

Bring your family and/or friends to this unique direct oceanfront home on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. With six bedrooms and four full baths on three different floors there is plenty of room for several families to stay together but still have their privacy in this 4,800 square foot home. This house is big enough to accommodate a wedding party or a family reunion.

The first floor offers a two-car garage and a complete two-bedroom apartment. The apartment contains a full kitchen, bath and laundry room. One bedroom has a king bed, the other two twins and the couch in the den also reclines.

Gather everyone on the second floor in the huge great room with a large open kitchen and enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and beach. The great room has a large dining room table and chairs, a game table and chairs and a sectional with three recliners all around a gas fireplace. Additionally there is a full bath, bedroom with a queen bed and an office where a blow up mattress can sleep two if needed.

Finally, on the third floor is a 1000 square foot master suite. Relax and enjoy more amazing views from the king bed or the recliners by the gas fireplace and plasma television. Work a puzzle or play cards at the game table by the mini-bar with sink and refrigerator. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower with two shower heads. There are also two other bedroom, a full bath and laundry room on the third floor. One bedroom has a king bed and the other a double bed.

Both the second and third floors have balconies with sliding glass doors that overlook the beach and ocean. Access to the beach is over your own private dune walkover only steps away. The beach is so close you can talk to someone on the balcony from your chair on the beach. The garage is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, a gas grill and lots of beach toys. Grill out on the large driveway in front or the patio in the back. Granite counter tops throughout kitchen and bathrooms. The driveway and garage can accommodate nine cars for parking.

We will consider small dogs on a case by case basis. They must be mature, housebroken pets and we will require a picture be sent in and the picture compared to the pet upon arrival. Additional deposit is required to make sure that any additional cleaning can be done that may be required so our guests that do not have pets will not have to enjoy your pet after you leave. Additional cleaning may or may not include carpet, upholstery and/or comforter cleaning.
