Rent the entire home sleeps total of 16. $2400 a month for the upper duplex in winter months. $2700 a month for the lower duplex during winter months. $1600 entire duplex April through December.

Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation. B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice within 15 days of booking date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF BOOKING DATE AND IF BOOKING IS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE IT SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
