Vacation Rental Description
I have a terrific home at 2006 Hill Street in New Smyrna Beach, (12 miles south of Daytona Beach). It is a 3/2 which includes a separate apartment with its own kitchen and entrance. The home has been renovated and brought back to its original “beach cottage” style but with all the modern conveniences. You may see pictures and a virtual tour of the house at www.2006hillstreet.com I also offer a free offshore deep sea fishing trip for each person staying at the house ($69.00 each) aboard the www.pastimeprincess.com when you reserve at least 30 days in advance. The home is a two minute walk from the beach and has a separate driveway for parking of a motor coach or travel trailer.  
 
This is a great place for family's to go for a reunion! It has an large back yard with a patio and is surrounded by a privacy fence. There is a screened in porch off the master bedroom that opens to the back yard. Home has records (and record player) books, cd's, dvd's and board games for entertainment. Having lots of friends come by? rember it has two complete kitchens, a large pantry and plenty of dishware. Beach towels and boogie boards are in place for our guest's use. Sand pails and shovels are there for the kids.

    • Located 12 miles south of Daytona and only 30 minutes from the Sanford Orlando International Airport. Disney is one hour away. There are lots of water activities including deep sea fishing aboard the Past Time Princess, Echo tours provided by the Marine Discovery Center and a water taxi service between New Smyrna and the Daytona Area. This area is know as the Redfish Capital of America and there are a number of fishing guides that will take you out on the 60,000 acre Indian River Lagoon. We are a 40 minute drive to the famous Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. Bike week is held during the first week of March and attracts 400,000 + bikers from all over the world to enjoy the nightlife and many activities in the area. A popular area for spring breakers we have both car free and the cars on beach areas for those who want to take advantage of the beach. Enjoy surf fishing, world class surfing and wind surfing on our beach.

    • While in our area visit the world renound Atlantic Center for the Arts and tour our historic sites. New Smyrna was founded BEFORE St Augustine. We did however have problems with Indians, etc. and many people moved north. This home is very family friendly with books, records, CD's Videos, board games, etc.

    3 day minimum, major credit cards accepted, $500 deposit required (credited to rent). $1,050 charged for holiday and special event weeks. We allow pets but charge a $75.00 fee to have the home treated by a pest control company after any guest has an animal. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee.
