Fully equipped kitchen with new dishwasher,new washer/dryer, new central A/C, 2 TVs, VCR/DVD player (even movies), radio with CD stereo player,queen size sleeper sofa, etc. 
 
Linens, towels, blankets, beach chairs and even games are included. 
 
Located steps away from the main pool and the crossover to the beach. 
 
Relax in the back patio and with nature.

    has activities and game nights, a Nautilus Exercise Room, Card/reading library
    Room, and nature/walking trails.

Bookings for Dec. 2011 thru June 30, 2012 please call to see if we are having any new specials!!! January-April - $1800.00 monthly, May-December - $1500.00 monthly, $450.00- $500.00 weekly/ Plus: 12.5% Tax, $70.00 Cleaning Fee. A $250.00 refundable security deposit will be required in addition to the rent. A $300.00 refundable pet security deposit will apply if applicable. Multi month rentals will receive a discount on second and following months. Six months/plus rentals - $1150.00 monthly, plus utilities.
