If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice within 15 days of booking date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF BOOKING DATE AND IF BOOKING IS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE IT SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
