Vacation Rental Description
3 bedroom 3 bathroom ground floor oceanfront condo. This first floor unit has a great ocean view and you and the kids can walk right out to the pool and beach. No waiting on the elevator! This is by far one of the nicest complexes on the non driving beach. Complex has a private heated pool with spa and exercise room. Pool deck overlooks ocean. Only 25 units in complex. Condo is located on car free beach-no need to be concerned about any cars driving on the beach. Wide flat beach for plenty of room to play. Oversize Jacuzzi and separate shower in main Master suite bathroom Full tub/shower in 2nd Master suite bathroom. Third bedroom features connected bath with over-sized shower. Both master suites and Living Room have floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass overlooking ocean. Master bedroom #1 has a queen size bed. Master bedroom recently upgraded to a queen-size bed (new pictures will be posted soon). Third bedroom has a single (trundle) bed, sleeping two. Included is an inflatable double air mattress and a roll-out cot. Wireless internet access and 3 new flat-panel TVs added in September 2009. 
 
This direct ocean front condo is located on the beautiful white sandy beach of New Smyrna Beach. Sitting on the car free beach guests can relax by the ocean side without a worry. Enjoy the sound of the crashing surf from any room in the unit.

    • Sandcastle is a secured building and enclosed parking garage with elevators for easy access. Both oceanfront master suites offer sliding glass doors to the ground floor covered porch and large glass windows to watch the ocean from your extremely comfortable quarters. The master bedroom suite features a queen-size bed, walk-in closets, private bath with shower and jacuzzi, and a TV/VCR. The second master suite offers 2 twin beds, a walk-in closet, a private bath with tub and shower, and a TV/VCR. and third bedroom has a south view and features a twin trundle bed, and private access to the main, shared bathroom. There is nothing more relaxing then listening to the sound of the ocean no matter what you are doing or where you are in the condo.

    • Visit the main street boardwalk and watch the surfers in the afternoon. Each end of the island has beautiful walking parks where sailboats, large motored vessels and wild life can be seen. During your visit to the National Seashore Park (5 miles), learn the history of the island and climb Turtle Mound to see outstanding views of the intercoastal and the ocean. Bicycle down to Manatee park (3 miles) or kayak with the manatee and dolphin. During sea turtle nesting season you can be part of the preservation of the turtles by protecting the nests.
