2BR/2BA condo located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Situated approximately 10 miles from Daytona Beach and 40 miles from Orlando, you can enjoy the quiet beach life and have the opportunity to visit Disney, Epcot, MGM and Sea World. How about a tour of the Daytona 500 raceway? 
The condo is located on the non-drive portion of the beach so you don't have to worry about vehicles driving on the sand. 
 
The kitchen has just been remodeled and the wood flooring in the family and dining rooms make it feel brand new. The 32" TV in the family room makes for a great cozy feeling. There is also a VCR TV in the second bedroom with cable tv. Video Tapes are available at no charge for your convenience. There is a king size bed in master with a television. The second bedroom has 2 twins beds. The sofa folds out to accommodate 2 people. In addition, there is a foldaway bed for usage. There is a great gas bbq next to the beautiful pool. You like to fish? Just blocks away. Basketball and hand ball courts just next door. How about some shufflebord poolside? How about watching a shuttle liftoff from the beach, Cape Kennedy/Cannaveral just 20 miles away.Stroll 2 blocks on the beach to Chase's Beach Restaurant, or 2 blocks to Manny's Pizza. don't forget about Norwoods Restaurant. Flager Avenue shopping area just 5 minutes down the road. 4 golf courses within 10 minutes... 
 
A great view of the ocean and the pool from the balcony. Free wireless connections let you surf the net while sitting poolside. Quiet, peaceful If you want to relax and take in the sun, this is the place to be.  
 
Great gas grills poolside including wood buring stove for those cool evenings. 
Weekly rentals go Saturday through Saturday. If there is not a weekly rental before you or after you, we can be flexible with the number of nights or days of arrival and/or departure.
