    • New Smyrna Beach is a quite beachy town where artists abound. Art fairs, farmers markets and quaint shopping is all around. 250 acre Smyrna Dunes Park has a 2 1/2 mile boardwalk with many accesses to the beach. Blue Springs Park, where the manatees winter, is under an hour away. Orlando activities abound and are about one hour away. Daytona Beach offers all the "shop till you drop" activites plus many more restaurants and activites. Kennedy Space Center is 35 miles south. Rocket launch viewing is great from The Inlet. Eagle nest in downtown New Smyrna Beach has been producing eagle offspring for 40 years.

      High Season Price: $1,250 per Week
         

    Monthly rental of $2,700. $250 daily rate(4 night minimum). Deposit of $300 required upon making reservation. Rental rates are subject to Florida State/Resort Tax (6 month rentals are exempt from this tax) and $75.00 cleaning fee. Cash or checks are accepted and paymnet in full is due upon arrival. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
