Vacation Rental Description
Our condo is located on the South Beach of the Atlantic Ocean in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, in the Point East Condominium complex. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, Lay-Z-Boy recliner, color TV, DVD, and a dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, LCD TV, chest and wicker chair with a view of the ocean. The second bedroom has twin beds, chest and bamboo chair also with an ocean view. Our condo measures 950 square feet (plus balcony), and is located on the second floor of an 84-unit, three-story complex. It is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped to make your stay a most memorable and enjoyable one. We supply all bed and bath linens/towels, and beach chairs. And a free high-speed wireless network is available for guest use, so if you need Internet access during your stay, bring the laptop! Our complex includes a full-size heated pool, kiddie pool, covered pavilion, and shuffleboard. Elevators and laundry rooms are provided on each floor. It is professionally managed and staffed full-time. Rental is available on a weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis. Several shops, including a convenience store and a supermarket, are within walking distance.  
 
New Smyrna Beach is located in east Central Florida, midway between Daytona Beach to the north and Cape Canaveral to the south. We are only a 1 hour drive from all the Orlando attractions.

    • New Smyrna Beach is a safe, unspoiled beach (no vehicles on the South Beach portion) that is enjoyed by families from near and far away. The Canaveral National Seashore joins our beach 7 miles to the south and is easily reached by car or bicycle. A new public beachside park is next to the north of us and offers beach volleyball, basketball, raquetball, covered picnic tables, and a kiddie area. And, visit during the month of October and see the hatching of the sea turtles - more information at Caribbean Conservation Corporation or at the Center for Marine Conservation.
