The kitchen is fully equipped, all linens are provided. Living room has full size sleeper sofa, cable TV and dining seats 6. The balcony over looks the 2 Olympic size pools and has fantastic view of the ocean. Several restaurants and grocery store are located across the street from the Condo complex. New Smyrna Beach is conveniently located to Orlando International Airport, Daytona International Airport and Sanford International Airport. All the amusements parks are approximately 1 hr west of New Smyrna and we are just 1.5 hr south of historic St Augustine.

    Cleaning Charge is $75.00 Tax on 800.00 is $100.00 Tax on 1000.00 is $125.00 Deposit $300.00 - There is a $50.00 fee for any cancellation. A 30 day written notice is required for weekly rentals. If do not receive 30 day written notice then all of deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is not applied to the rental fee. The deposit will be returned within 30 days after check-out if no damages have been reported. Weekly rentals are from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY Check-in is between 2-5PM, check-out is by 9:30 a.m. All rent is due at check-in.
