*Sleep late in a comfy king-sized bed in the Master bedroom with windows overlooking the surf! 
* Fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to try new recipes or simply order take-out.  
*The complex has a luxurious pool (seasonally heated) plus a kiddie pool with beautiful shaded patio area right at the edge of the white sand 
*This unit is complete with all the beach toys you'll need including a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, skim boards and boogie boards!  
*Unit also has internet, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player, queen-size pull out couch and washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. 
 
Our complex 'OCEAN REEF VILLAS' is small and very friendly with just 48 units. Everything is provided including a fully equipped kitchen plus boogie boards, beach chairs, puzzles and toys. We are within walking distance to drug stores super markets, restaurants, etc. New Smyrna Beach is the nicest city in Florida with so much to explore and see. It is quaint, quiet, yet the old town business's and shops are exciting. Orlando, (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.), St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral are all with in a 1.5 to 2 hours drive. Our pool is heated in winter and we have a kiddie pool for the little ones. A tennis court is along the north side of the building plus a clubhouse as well.

    • Kitchen has a built in coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, pressure cooker, stainless steel cook ware, ice maker, glass top range and dishes for 12. The living room has a TV, DVD player and wireless. The couch is also a a high quality queen sleep sofa. The bed room has a king size bed with a "Permu-Pedic" mattress and box spring, a dresser with lots of drawer space and 2 closets. The bathroom has a built in hair dryer and a glass sliding doors shower tub enclosure with a safety hold bar over the tub.

    • Located on Florida’s east central coast, New Smyrna Beach is a quiet seaside retreat located at the southern mouth of Ponce de Leon Inlet. It is a small, historic city, and yet offers 13.2 miles of beach to enjoy. Located only 55 miles northeast of Orlando, it serves as a favorite get-a-way destination for many Central Florida residents and has garnered significant notoriety as a surfing destination, often hosting American Surfing Professionals’ competitions. Through the years, the City of New Smyrna Beach has maintained tight controls on growth, resulting in a limited number of low-rise condominiums being constructed. The city has also held strict parameters on beach traffic which, in addition to protecting beach goers, simultaneously protects nesting sea turtles. It is a nesting ground for loggerhead sea turtles, and Florida’s loggerhead population is the second largest in the world.

    THE BEST VIEW,... FURNISHINGS,.... ATMOSPHERE,......LOCATION.......RATES ......OF ALL THE 1 BED ROOM SLEEPS 4 CONDOS ON NEW SMYRNAS OCEAN FRONT.

    WE ARE AN ELDERLY COUPLE, BUT I DO NOT FEEL OLD, HAVING MY CONDO AND MEETING NEW PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD, MAKES ME FEEL YOUNG.

    I AM ALWAYS UPGRADING HERE AND THERE, SO THAT MY REPEAT GUESTS DO HAVE SOMETHING NEW TO LOOK AT! ( AND ME TOO ). Husband questions it ??

    We live in silver Sands on hillside Dr., . off of Atlantic Ave...... just 5 minutes South from our condo.
    Leaves no excuse for not coming if and when, when our guests need us.

    Believe it or not,~~~~~~~~~
    I get pleasure out of seeing my guest faces and the happy look that I see,
    or read about in my guest book......
    OR I WOULD NOT BE DOING THIS!

    Years ago, we had a small house in southern florida, but it wasn't until my son introduced us to
    "NEW MYRNA BEACH" The " Shangrila " of the U.S., that we moved from Ohio to here.
