If cancellation is made 16 to 29 days before arrival, the amount of deposit will be debited from weekly advance rent payment. No refunds if cancellation is made 15 days within arrival, because short term rental will be lost. No pro-rations on early vacating. Fees & Taxes Rates include utilites (water, electricity and TV) except long distance calls. Florida resort tax of 13% is applicable.
