The location of this home makes it easy and fast to get anywhere you wish to go. It is 1.5 miles from the interstate I-95, 15 minutes to South Beach, 15 minutes to the Airport and only 10 minutes to the Performing Arts Center. Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne and Coral Gables are about 15 to 20 minutes drive. The home is one block from the Miami Shores Golf and Country Club. Shopping is very convenient at nearby malls such as Aventura, Bal Harbor and Mid Town. A convenient store is in walking distance.
Miami Shores is an upscale neighborhood established in the 1930's. Most streets are treelined with old oaks and banyan trees inviting you for a walk in their shade. You wake up to the singing of birds and parrots yet you are in the city. Restaurants, Starbucks and delicatessen stores are in walking distance.
