Vacation Rental Description
My Oceanfront Balcony condo is located in the Shelborne Ocean Beach Resort which is located on the beach in South Miami on Collins Avenue. The resort has an olympic pool and 2 jacuzzi tubs poolside. There is a poolside bar/cafe and free lounge chairs and beach towels pool side. There is a resturant and 2 additional bars on the property. There is an exercise gym and Sauna on the 17th floor. 
 
The Shelborne is located in the heart of the "Art Decco District" of South Beach Miami and 2 blocks from the Miami beach Convention Center, Theater for the Performing Arts, and Lincoln Road Mall of shops and sidewalk Cafe's and Bars. Everything is in walking distance and the neighborhood is surrounded with 5 star hotels like the Shore Club, Delano, Ritz Carlton and the new "W" Hotel in Miami Beach. 
 
My Oceanfront Balcony Studio on the beach with penthouse view from the 15th floor has 2 queen size beds, a Bistro Table and stools, LCD HDTV with cable, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Refrigerator/Freezer, Iron Board and Iron, Hair Dryer, and "First Bottle of Wine on ME" at check in.
