The condo comes fully furnished and equipped. Flat screen TV, DVD player, internet access, hardwood floors, large windows, queen size bed and pullout couch sllep up to 4 people.  
Linens and towels are provided for the guest convenience as well as parking permit for those renting a car.

    A booking/security deposit payable through Paypal is required on all stays. The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay minus a cleaning fee. The rent for the stay in to be paid cash or with credit card and is due before taking the condo on the starting day of the stay. Credit card payments are accepted through paypal, in such case a 3% Paypal fee is passed on to the guest.
