This is truly a fantastic place. Located at the intersection of 63rd Street and Collins Avenue, the condominium provides for a luxurious and comfortable close-to-everything retreat---very accessible to the boutiques, bars and night clubs of South Beach (located south of 17th Street) but offers a quieter respite away from the tourist crowds. The building seats directly in front of the beach, this portion of Miami Beach is not crowded and is clean. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants a few blocks away.

The Building ---
The building is top of the line. It includes: a rackquetball court, rooftop tennis court, rooftop puttin golf green, large pool, kiddie pool and jacuzzi. There is also a spectacular 24-hr ocean front gym. The unit includes 2 secure indoor parking spots.

The Condo ----
The condo has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bathrooms one with a jacuzzi. The living room is exquisitely decorated with leather couches and modern, yet warm furniture. The sofa-bed sleeps an additional 2 people. Both bedrooms and the living room have direct ocean views. The apartment has Italian marble throughout (including the bathrooms). The kitchen is spacious and eat-in with a small breakfast table for 4 and top-of-the line stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a formal dining area that seats 6.

Amenities-----
Luxury towels and linens will be provided. A cleaning service can be arranged for $75 per session. Wireless internet and local phone service is included.

$100 non-refundable application fee (required by the condo-association). Deposit - A refundable 1st month and last month deposit is required at start date of the lease or 30-days prior, whichever is sooner. Deposit will be fully refunded upon inspection of the premises.
