A refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker are provided for your convenience. Laundry facilities on the lower level of the condo/hotel. Olympic pool. 
Housekeeping is not included with the rate. It could be provided upon request at extra cost. There is a free self-parking permit, subject to availabiity in the parking lot. Hotel valet is $20 per day.

Transportation right outside. Steps from drugstore, cafeterias, restaurants, supermarkets, shops. Famous Canyon Ranch is a building away. South Beach, Art Deco, Lincoln Road are 4 miles away.
