Stayed in the CEO Mansion. It was very creatively designed and decorated. Close to a supermarket and the beach. Close enough to South Beach night life via a short cab ride. Min was very hospitable, easy to get a hold of, and was very nice and easy to work with. I accidentally took a gate opener device with me and she allowed me to mail it to her without charging me for it. Didn't get any additional charges to my credit card authorization. I would stay with you all again and would recommend you all to friends.

We had a wonderful time staying at the property the prompt service was superb. Despite Mr.Phil was a couple of thousand miles away, it was like he was there himself. I must say thank you to the jplvr staff for the service that we receive.
The property was super clean & very spacious. The outside garden/pool wonderful/front lawn wonderful. The art,deco & layout was beyond what we were expecting. We are already looking to book our next vacation with JPLVR.

I would first like to say thank you so much!! The "CEO" mansion was absolutely amazing. Our whole party had a phenomenal time. The mansion was everything a person could want and more. The neighborhood was quiet, the views spectacular, and the host of the house was top notch!! Our group defiantly plans on staying in one of you guys vacation rentals again. And there's no doubt in an A+++ recommendation from us. Everything thing stated was received and the hospitality was incredible! Thanks again.........

Great home. Have been coming down to Florida for 7 years and you and Min have made this our best trip yet. Home was big enough to sleep all 8 men (golfers) comfortable. Steam room was the big attraction. And pool was warm.
House was big enough, but not to big where you felt lost.
Great location with it being only 20 minutes to gulfstream and 20 minutes to south beach.
I would recommend this place to anyone who can afford it. We do plan on coming again.

We had a wonderful visit at the CEO house last week, thank you! The house is amazing, beautiful and spacious. We sat in the kitchen and watched the kids at the pool. We played lots of games in the living room, the kids loved the loft spaces - really it was wonderful. Min was very helpful - we had to call her a few times, and each time she was knowledgeable and kind. The house exceeded our expectations, thank you!

We stay for three weeks at the CEO Mansion and we had a great time, the house is pretty large and it easily can accommodate all the people advertised, the house is in very well conditions and the help and service from Min was fantastic”
