This fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath unit includes the usage of kitchenware, unlimited local & regional telephone calls, sufficient amount of sheets, towels & comforters, additional chairs & table for outside balcony sitting.  
 
The unit has spectacular view of the Ocean as well as the intercoastal from all angle.

If interested a deposit fee of $ 400 + signing a standard lease is required to confirm apt. 
In order to generate standard agreement you are required to email your full name, residing address, cell, home, & fax phone numbers. 2 pages of documents will either be emailed or faxed  
over to be signed & returned along with Deposit fee to confirm unit.  
Accepted forms of payments are checks, money orders, paypal, credit cards & charge cards 
for additional 3% processing fee. 
On departure date you will be refunded $300 which includes $100 deducted towards cleaning fee. 
This is the standard operating procedures w/ all renters.
