All deposits will be refunded after we received the following items: Guest pass,Unit keys,The apartment and the furniture must be in good condition in order to receive %100 deposit back. The deposit will be refunded by PayPal or check after the unit is inspected. For reservations we ask for a refundable deposit of $150; deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease if property is in good condition. We only guarantee the reservation after getting the deposit. We will not refund deposit due guest cancelation.This is not a hotel room, therefore there is not staff to help or assist you in any matter. This is a private condo property. Once you get to the building you will be our guest so any question of any kind we are the only people to assist you.
