Beautifully renovated and furnished direct oceanfront apartment on the 6th floor of the Pavilion, located on Miami Beach's Millionaire's Row. A luxuriously and artfully decorated unit, available for monthly or seasonal rentals only, features new leather sofas in Living Room with 27" TV and DVD player and windows to the ocean. Breath-taking oceanfront balcony features seating accentuated by a bistro set for outdoor dining. New kitchen features dishwasher, ice-making refrigerator, new range/oven, microwave, a large counter-top with 4 bar stools and decorative mood lighting. Cook while watching the ocean! All kitchenware provided. New dining room set sits 6. Master Bedroom with new King-size bed faces the ocean and comprises full dresser, night tables with lamps and TV with remote. All pillows, towels, linens and hair dryer provided. Two full bathrooms fully renovated. 2nd bedroom features full-size bunk beds that sleep two on bottom and one on top with full dresser. Building features a beautiful and welcoming lobby, private security onsite, free valet parking, new fitness center, six washer/dryers on each floor, Olympic-size heated pool, easy access to the beach, private oceanfront BBQ grills with Tiki Huts and a convenient Grocery/Pharmacy/Deli store in the lobby. Apartment is wired for High-Speed Internet Service which is available for a monthly fee when ordering from local cable T.V. company. Unit has beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for use by tenants. Electricity, water and local phone use is included. No taxes or extra fees other than a $75 cleaning charge to be deducted from deposit upon departure.
ONE MONTH MINIMUM RENTALS. NO NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY RENTALS.
An executed Lease Agreement and a $1000 security deposit are required to reserve the unit.
Centrally and conveniently located on 56th street and Collins Avenue, the building is only a ten-minute drive to the exciting nightlife and restaurants of South Beach, Lincoln Road and Española Way and within walking distance of the newly renovated and world famous, Fontainebleau and Eden Roc Resort Hotels. Excellent dining is only steps away next door for great Cuban/Latin American food by the ocean or an 8-minute walk to Shula's Steak House at the Alexander Hotel. We rented unit 611 at the Pavilion from Mr. Urbizu and our entire experience was perfect in every aspect. Mr. Urbizu was organized and efficient while being pleasant and very accommodating in answering our questions. Stepping into his condo is like having a spacious luxury suite on the finest cruise ship imaginable. The decor is comfortable and tasteful, and the spectular onceanfront view is beautiful beyond words. I now know why poets have so struggled to describe the ocean! The ocean here is Caribbean blue, full of sailboats, cruise ships, swimmers, and kiteborders, seabirds, sunlight and moonlight. It feels as if there is no reason to go any further than the spacious balcony to find paradise. We were certainly happy with the Pavilion's location on Collins Avenue and the ammenities of the resort atmosphere which was never crowded, very safe and secure, with the ever changing ocean always within view.

Beautiful, fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo directly on the beach in a safe,quiet area (5600 block N. Miami ) Clean, spacious and a great owner to rent from. Proprietor takes great care of his property and is very responsive to tenants needs. Easy to work with and 100% reliable.
