"Susy's beach getaway" is a superb studio apartment ideal for vacation rentals in a prime location. The unit is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, in the most desirable part of South beach, steps from Lincoln road, Ocean Drive, the Miami Beach convention center, The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason theater, museums, dining, clubs, and great shopping! All of this, including tremendous night life, is within walking distance of the studio!

"Susy's beach getaway" is located at the Art Deco Shelborne Beach Resort, 1801 Collins avenue. The resort has a beautiful pool, a n indoor/outdoor restaurant, bars, a gym, two jacuzzis, a concierge, and even film studios. Movies and TV shows are frequently filmed at the Shelborne


The studio is nicely furnished and has two very comfortable Queen size beds that sleep up to 4 (one of the few with that distinction!) The studio is available for short term vacation rentals throughout the year. For rates , Contact us!

				Low Season Price:	$80 per Day
				High Season Price:	$135 per Day

To reserve your dates,we would email you an attached rental agreement outlining the terms of the rental. The rental agreement would be signed and faxed or mailed back to us. We would follow this with a Paypal "request for money" usually in the amount of $100 to reserve your dates. There is also a separate, $100 refundable security deposit usually sent by Paypal as well that would be refunded as long as our studio is not smoked in, left intact, without damage and reasonably clean. We reserve the right to subtract $75 from the refundable security deposit if the studio apartment requires extra cleaning.All balances are due no later than arrival, in cash or money order as specified in the rental agreement Rates vary depending on the time of year,The rates are inclusive of the first 2 occupants, and there is an additional charge of $10 per person/per night for the 3rd and 4th occupants over 12 years old.
