				Low Season Price:	$2,000 per Month
				High Season Price:	$2,600 per Month

$2,000 to $2,600 per month, depending on the number of months and time of year. Minimum one month rental. Security Deposit of $500 - will be refunded at time of inspection/departure. A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted if unit is not returned clean. Deposit in the amount of $500 - required to reserve the unit and the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival.
