The house was recently updated with new wood laminated flooring. Remodeled bathroom and fresh paint throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch as you enjoy the song birds in the private yard with mango and avocado trees, lovely oaks and other tropical trees and bushes. There is also a private playground and driveway. The garage and back car port is shared with the owners.
