We are one hour from Orlando and Disney, 5 minutes to the Intercoastal Waterway and ten minutes to the Atlantic Ocean (driving time). The location is perfect for beach time, visiting theme parks, or just sitting by the pool and reading. We have anticipated practically your every need with excellent linens, a full complement of kitchenware, baskets of books, cable tv, and even hair dryers to keep your packing needs to a minimum. Our home is located in an older, quiet neighborhood with a large yard and circular drive for plenty of parking. Please visit us and learn to love the Space Coast as much as we do!

    • This four bedroom, 2 full bath home is fully stocked for your stay. We offer a private 10'X20' solar-heated pool with screened enclosure & den with tv, dvd and working wood-burning fireplace. There is space for the whole family with formal living room and dining area, breakfast area, den, full kitchen, large front porch and huge backyard. The master bedroom has a master bath and a king-size bed and tv. The other bedrooms offer a queen, full and two twin beds. The house is equipped with central air and heat and has additional televisions in the master and kid's bedrooms.

    • Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center are 30 minutes from our home and Orlando is one hour away with its' great selection of theme parks. We are 1/2 block from the Municipal Golf Course and close to several others. Brevard County is known for both loggerhead turtle nesting areas and manatee watching. There is sailing and boating, air boat rides into the interior, the Brevard Zoo, and excellent shopping and restaurants in old Melbourne, Cocoa Village and Viera.

      High Season Price: $1,350 per Week
         

    $1350/week $2995/month $280/night ---3 night minimum Additional nights over a 7 day rental---$175/night. We require a $500 deposit due at time of reservation. Deposit is to be refunded within 30 days of end of stay if property is left as found. Deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation. Full rental fee is due 30 days before first day of rental. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
