COMMENT: 
We had a great time in Melbourne Beach. We had our children and grandchildren in the home for a week. The kids just loved the pool and of course the ocean. We had come early to see Disney and Universal but the kids want to go back to Florida next year and just to the ocean and pool. The grounds on the house are beautiful and well kept we even took family portraits in the front and back of the house. Everything was clean and just as pictured. We had hoped to see the sea turtles but did get to see their tracks in the sand and a couple of nests. Thank you Tom for a great vacation.

I wanted to get back to you and tell you what a wonderful time we had at your house. The house was so clean, which we truly loved, we are clean freaks. We took care of your house like we would want our house taken care of! I also wanted to mention what nice people you have working for you, Amalia and Fred were so fabulous, I am happy I got to meet them. 
 
I left behind 2 beach umbrella's and a beach raft also a laundry basket, I hope you don't mind. We enjoyed using them and hopefully someone else can have as much fun! 
 
We loved your house, thank you for allowing us to rent it. Hopefully, we can come back again next March and rent it again. 
 
I already miss it, the weather was so amazing, today it is rain, cold cloudy and 40 degrees. When we left yesterday it was going to be in the high 80's!, boy are we stupid......
