I require 50% at the time of the booking by either a personal check or cashiers check. Once your check clears the bank, I will send you a confirmation letter with information needed on your unit, keys, parking, just stuff you need to know about your condo. Your balance is due 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellation policy is as follows: 30 days or more notice, I refund 100% -$50.00 processing fee if I find someone else to replace you. The same if its less than 30 days. Once you book, I mark off on my calendar and turning others away. I always do my best to re-rent because I want you as a repeat customer. I believe once you stay at my condo, you will be back again and/or refer others to me.
