Vacation Rental Description
This corner unit has windows along the side for views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining area, living room and front bedroom. A TV is provided in each bedroom and the living room plus a dvd and vcr. The balcony overlooks the pool. There is an elevator and assigned parking. The kitchen is fully equipped and a washer/dryer is provided.
The condo is within walking distance to the main entertainment area of Jacksonville which includes restaurants, sports bars and parks for children. Paper products and linens are provided.

The property is near Mayo Clinic, TPC, ATP Tennis, and Sawgrass resort.

    A $100 cleaning fee will be added to rental rate. A $100 non refundable pet fee will be required if applicable. There is a state tax of 7% and 6% local tax. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the unit. The balance is due 7 days before arrival. Checks are accepted. A 3% charge is added if a credit card is used as that is the amount I am charged for using it. Cancellations are accepted up to 4 weeks before arrival for a refund or later if I am able to rent it to someone else.
