Beachfront 2 bedroom 1 bath condo on the fourth floor, corner unit. Balcony overlooks the pool. Elevator and assigned parking. Maximum view of the ocean from bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. Fully kitchen equipped with linens and paper products furnished. It has a washer/dryer, 3 tv's, a vcr and dvd. It is located 7 blocks from the main entertainment area of Jax Beach (walking distance). There are several golf courses and tennis located in a couple of miles. Drug stores, grocery, gas stations are located in a 8 block distance.
The balcony gives a great view of the ocean and the pool.

50% deposit required for reservation. Balance to be paid 7 days before arrival. Cashiers check or regular checks are accepted. A 3% add on for credit cards.
A cancellation period of 4 weeks is required for a full refunds unless I am able to rent it out up to 7 days before the original arrival date.
There is a 7% state tax and a bed tax of 6%.
Pets are allowed for a non refundable deposit of $200.
A non refundable cleaning fee is added to the rental fee.
