Deposit return-After cleaning (no charge),a property inspection will be conducted and if no major damage has been done the full deposit will be returned by mail within a week of check-out day. Cancellation-a written (emailed) and verbal (phone) cancellation of contract no later than 30 days of begining rental term,shall constitute a full refund of deposit by US mail.
