Once you enter through the gates to Ocean Village, you immediately feel like you entered a tropical paradise. Fountained ponds and tropical flora are everywhere. The beach is uncrowded with miles to walk on still natural beach and white sand. There are lots of activities to participate in or enjoy the quiet. Three heated swimming pools, 10 tennis courts, new fitness center, Bocce court and a 9-hole executive golf course which cost $4/play in season and free in off season. The pool side Tiki Bar is a social gathering place and there is a Fine Ocean Side Restaurant and Bar. This is Florida at its best! It's central location makes it easy to make side trips to the Space Center, Disney World, or Miami all are within a two hour drive. Please, come and discover the pleasure of staying at a friendly village. This is a man gated community.

    • Unit is complete for vacationers. Washer/dryer in unit. All linens, cooking utensils, beach towels & chairs provided. Village is man gated 24/7. It is tropically landscaped and has a Tiki Bar and fine restaurant on the premises. The beach is warm and uncrowded. You can walk for miles on natural beach. Fishing is great from shore and from boats. Kayaking is very popular in the area. The Indian River is on one side of the island and the Atlantic on the other side. Come and enjoy an uncrowded wonderful resort in sunny Florida.

    • Kite boarding and surfing is very popular in the near by area. Fishing is extremely good in Fort Pierce with both fresh water and salt water species available. Rental boats and Charter boats are available. Kayaks rentals are also available.

    Seasonal Rentals are from December 15th through April 15th. The warm winters of Florida are a favorite! You can rent by the week, month or season Prices start at $750/wk, $2900/mo, and $2800/mo for multiple months. I also have a two bedroom unit available. Off-Season is April 16th through December 14th. The summers on South Hutchinson Island are usually very pleasant with temperature in the low 90's and a nice breeze off the ocean. Prices start at $500/wk, $1300/mo and $1200/mo for multiple months. JANUARY 2009 SPECIAL - $500/WK AND $2000/MO BOOK NOW AND ENJOY THE WARM WEATHER!
