2bdrm/2bth condo is set up as 2 Mstr. Suites. Offers privacy and comfort. Newly decorated living room with leather sofa & lounge chair w/ottoman. You can have your meals in dining rm. or out on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the fountain below. Young & old alike will enjoy watching the wild birds, turtles and jumping fish in the pond. Condo is supplied with everything you need for kitchen, bath, etc. Just bring your bathing suit, Tennis Racket & Golf Clubs. We supply linens & towels,etc. but we "Do Not" have a Daily Cleaning or Linen Service. Our caretakes do this only upon your departure. There is a 'one time' cleaning fee of $100 for this service. With our due east exposure you will enjoy the most beautiful sunrises from the balcony and sunsets on the other side of the condo, over the Indian River. Ask us about early arrival or late departure. If we can do that for you we will gladly give you the extra time.

Cancel by tenant after signing Rental Agreement- Owner has 'Option' to retain monies paid to date after Deposit rec'd 'Unless' Unit is re-rented for period mentioned. In this case Renter will receive a Refund of monies paid minus $250. Rental Agreement is Non-Transferrable Unit Is Not to be occupied Overnight by guests exceeding sleeping capacity of Unit (4), without approval of Owners.
