Bedrooms look directly over the Indian River and the Inter-coastal Waterway. Granite counter tops in the baths and kitchen. Luxury leather covered couches, three cable TVs, washer, dryer. All linens, towels, pots, pans, tableware, telephone, disposal, beach chairs and umbrella. King sized bed, twin beds, sleeps 4. Two futons for extra kids on the floor. No smoking, we have asthma. No pets. GARAGE INCLUDED!! Gated entrance to the condo and parking.

Private beach has few people. Private locked boardwalk to the beach has a freshwater shower so you don't get sand in your hot tub Jacuzzi before you swim and relax in the heated pool. Exercise room, pool room, and friendly people make this condo the best place to visit.

Inlet state park (on the inlet)is on the north side of the inlet. Much of the nearby island is state protected, sight seeing is great. This northern part of the island is fairly free from any stores. One 7-11 type store, one burger seafood place for the surfers, one beauty salon, several real estate offices. National frog man museum with a helicopter outside like I flew in Viet Nam. A public beach and toilets and shower just further North. The southern island, on the other side of the inlet is very commercial and has all the noise and cars. North Hurchensen Island is perfect for people who want to be left alone.
