    $500.00 security deposit for low season and $ 1000.00 for high season for reservation , the full balance must be paid in full 60 days prior of arrival day . We do accept personal check, PayPal and Credit Card are subject for 4 percent additional charges.A $ 500.00 security damage deposit is mandatory and fully refundable .
