This property is located in the heart of the Yachting Community of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on the water just 2 lots in from the Intracoastal Waterway with an endless boat parade. Encompassing over 5000 square feet, this home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bath with a heated pool, Jacuzzi and billiard room. Casual and very family friendly this property includes a front living / TV room off the kitchen and a great room with bar, TV surround sound and fireplace. The second floor master suite has a sunken whirlpool bath and a large private balcony with Intracoastal views. Brick patio with built-in BBQ next to pool great for entertaining with a 48' Viking Express Yacht that can be added for daily use, ($1500.00 per day plus captain, fuel and provisions). 
 
Bedrooms 
As you enter Villa 007 there is a front living room with a passage to the kitchen which has a pull out couch, large screen TV and is open to the foyer and kitchen. There are two rooms with two twin beds in each. One of these rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The second twin room shares a bathroom with one other bedroom. The twin beds can all turn into King size beds and the back bedroom off the kitchen is sound proof for young children or a nanny. Two guest bedrooms facing the pool are accessible to the outside with sliding glass doors and have security locks. The master suite is oversize and has a sitting area open to a patio with a southern view of the intercoastal waterway, pool and canal. A spiral stair case connects the Master suite balcony with the backyard pool patio. There are 2 walk-in closets, a large sunken tub with shower and a bidet. The owner will not allow more than 12 overnight guests and the property is patrolled on a daily basis. 
 
Bathrooms 
Villa 007 has 3 bathrooms on the first level , two with showers and one with a full bath. The upstairs master bath has a full shower / Jacuzzi bath with sliders open to the elements and a private balcony with a great water view. The master bathroom also has double sinks and a bidet. A Cabana bath off the billiard room has 12 beach towels and a full shower as well. The shower heads are new and there are dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in every bathroom conserving the environment. All of the bathrooms have some original plumbing, spacious areas and sinks downstairs were updated in 2009. Please hang all towels on hooks provided and note that the towels will need to be washed and dried prior to departure to allow for 8 hour turns. We appreciate your consideration.

Terrific home for families or large groups. The Villa is spacious and l layed out perfect for entertaining. There is a full kitchen and a Chef can be arranged, at a daily rate. The Great Room is open to the dining room and has numerous large windows that open out to the pool deck and BBQ patio area. The Great Room has a large screen TV and an bar. There is a front sitting room with a large screen TV and a pull out couch.The dining room table has seating for 12 and is surrounded by windows with a view of the patio and canal. The internet is DSL and is WIFI throughout the Villa. The outdoor patio has numerous lounging with chaises, settee area and large dining table next to BBQ. Housekeeping is available for a midweek visit upon request, additional charges apply. The Jacuzzi is directly next to the heated pool. There are pool toys available.

There is a 20% surcharge for Holidays. 50% Deposit due upon booking and 50% due 60 days in advance of reservation 3% for US and 4% processing fee for international credit cards. The cleaning fee includes: housekeeping, pool and maintenance. A $1000.00 Refundable Security Deposit paid via a hold on a Credit Card or cash held on deposit upon arrival. Our Policy: 1) We require a Reservation Deposit of 50% of total rental. 2) Next payment is due 60 days in advance of arrival or in full if less than 60 days out. 3) Any cancellations 60 days out will receive a 75% refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. 4) The Security Deposit will be held on a Credit Card or cash due upon arrival. 5) Credit Card processing of 3% - 4% will be added to the rental rate. 6) Cash or wire transfer is accepted.
