This luxurious waterfront home is truly a gem. Three bedrooms, all with private baths. Two masters-1 has king bed others have queen. Enjoy your morning coffee and paper on the comfortable screened porch overlooking the canal, lounge by the pool or go to the nearby beach. By dusk, have a cocktail at the patio bar, BBQ and relax while watching your favorite TV show under the covered awning.

If you're feeling more adventurous, drive 15 minutes to swanky Las Olas Blvd. and enjoy its' shops and various restaurants and jazz clubs OR to the more casual Riverfront and Second St. for casual dining and dancing. If 'people watching' is your cup of tea, relax at one of the beach front restaurants, listen to tropical music and watch the moon rise from the sea. Bring your boat! No matter what you decide, you'll enjoy vacationing in the tropics. Many local adventures await you. Grocery and pharmacy stores are 3 minutes away. Churches and hospitals are 5 minutes. You will lack nothing here

Good Morning Wendy,

How is Fort Lauderdale? We miss it. There is so much to do there and not enough time. Our visits are much too short.

Mike and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home once again. The master suite is beautifully appointed, with a stunning bathroom and the king size bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.The other 2 bedrooms are just as comfortable. My family loved staying there.

However, probably the 'piece de resistance' is your back yard. The outdoor living room with the greenery, swaying palms, light breezes and pool backing onto the canal is truly an experience. Hope those gorgeous orchids are still thriving. Thank you for providing the child fence for the pool. It certainly gave us piece of mind when the grandchildren visited.

We appreciate the fact that your house is so fresh and clean. It is home away from home but better. Our last stay passed by much too quickly and we look forward to staying there once again. Take care.

Luxury Watwerfront Home

Having rented my home for several years, I can honestly say the experience has been a delight. Nearly all guests have become friends and have loved being here...many have come back more than once. Because this is my home, you will find everything you need. The cabinets will be full of your favorite spices, teas etc,..the pantry full of dry and canned goods and the frige, full of those needed condiments. All of these little necessities make you feel at home rather than in a rental. You can truly relax here. If however, you want to explore- Miami's famous South Beach, shops & restaurants is 45 minutes away. The Florida Keys are close enough for a long day trip. You can shop in the finest couture shops on Las Olas 10 minutes away or Bal Harbour or Palm Beach less than 1 hour away. Acres of outlet shops are 30min away in Sawgrass Mills. Fishing, snorkeling, jet skis, boat rentals, sailing and of course casinos-shipboard or at the Hard Rock Hotel or Pompano. Alligator watching and enjoying the Everglades is 35 minutes away. Butterfly World, Origami Museum, Performing Arts Center, Horse Racing, Jai Lai and much more. Several spas nearby. Golf and tennis nearby. Weekend concerts and art fairs are frequent. Be as busy as you want to be or just come to relax and love life!!!!
