Vacation Rental Description
This home is in an exclusive neighborhood called "Bel Air". Newly furnished with a beach cottage theme. Newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances.This rental is located in a very safe, family, and friendly-oriented  
neighborhood. It is a 10 minute walk from the beach. The area has a vacation feel with people out walking various times of the day and evening. You'll see them toting their things to the beach, or riding their bicyles. Relax in the back yard and enjoy the privacy of your own pool. The bedrooms consist of one king-size bed in master bedroom, second bedroom with one full size bed and 2 twins, third bedroom with a queen-size bed. This house is maintained by the owner and is constantly upgraded. The house also provides a pack and play. Publix grocery store is located in the Publix shopping center, .6 mile down main street (A1A. Lauderdale by the Sea has great restaurants, including the famous Sea Watch which is located on the beach, less than 1/4 mile away.  
Lauderdale by the Sea (village), on the corner of A1A & Commercial Blvd. is very bustling with shoppers, lots of coffee shops & restaurants and boutiques. The night life is very busy. There's rental boats, scuba shops, and golf, all very close by.
