A 6 ft fence surrounds the grounds.There are 3 bedrooms,2 baths.The house also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room.Fully air conditioned with the added luxury of ceiling fans. At the rear of the property is the relaxing pool area.The pool is heated for your comfort year round.People have spent hours gazing at the sheer descent, sparkling waterfall, & the swaying palms.In addition to the lounging chairs & a BBQ grill, there is a table with an umbrella for outdoor dining.The kitchen inside is fully stocked to include a blender, shaker, & martini glasses for your favorite summertime drinks. At the front of the property is a courtyard with a trickling fountain where guests have spent hours quietly savoring their morning coffee & newspaper or reading a long awaited novel. The award winning Ft Lauderdale beach is only 3 miles away.

This home is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, QUIET, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of eight (8) people, including children. With respect for our neighbors, Ft. Lauderdale Vacation House is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature adults and families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing by the owners. We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups, or bachelor parties. No loud noise after 11pm. A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.
