Completely furnished house with central AC, cable TV, DVD player, surround sound stereo system, updated kitchen with smooth top stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher,washer and dryer and local phone service included. All towels, linens and kitchen pots pans and
utensils included. House is wired with high speed DSL internet as
well.

1 queen bed and 1 pullout futon sleeper couch in second bedroom
