Deposits: To hold your reservation a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking (a minimum of 1 night), except during all Holidays period when a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival. Cancellations: 14 days advance notice is required for cancellation and a refund deposit. During Christmas, New Year and Holiday Periods a 30 day advance notice is required for a refund of deposit.
