ALL ADVANCE PAYMENTS, RENT BALANCES, SECURITY/ DAMAGE DEPOSITS AND ALL OTHER RECEIPTS FROM TENANT ARE DEPOSITED IN KOKUA LLC’S ACCOUNTS All Security Deposits will be returned within forty-five (45) days of termination of occupancy, less any deductions authorized pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 83 Landlord & Tenants.
