This townhouse, built in 2002, is located in a beautiful community attached to a golf course.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and a garage.

The living room has comfortable Natuzzi leather furniture and a large television with DVD player and Cable box.
The master bedroom has a LCD TV, large walk-in closet and large bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub.
The kitchen has a dining area with a ceiling fan and a sliding glass door which opens to a patio area facing a gazebo in the back yard.
Rental includes access to the community Pool.
The townhouse is just off of Atlantic Avenue, close to everything. Beautiful downtown Delray Beach and the ocean are just minutes away.

A deposit is required when rental agreement is signed. 1st payment is due 60 days prior to rental period and payment balance is due 30 days prior to rental period. Payments can be made with a check, money order or bank draft. $125 exit cleaning fee. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 Security deposit will be returned within 30 days after rental period has ended and all keys have been returned. CANCELLATIONS: Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to arrival date. Cancellations that are made less than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $200, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

We love our home away from home

We enjoy our townhouse 2 or 3 times a year and it never gets old. From early morning walks on the beach to relaxing around the pool and there is plenty of night life downtown and the surrounding areas. We also rent motorcycles and cruise all over the place. We once rode the motorcycle to Key West and drove over the Seven Mile Bridge which felt like we were riding on the ocean itself.

There is something for everyone here, enjoy your stay and come back often.
