And for water sport enthusiasts, a few blocks away is a beach rental facility that caters to surfers, kayakers, etc.  
 
This beautiful home is open and bright, has high 10 foot ceilings, 3 bedrooms (large master ensuite), 2 full baths, 2 indoor lounge/entertainment areas--both have newer custom made, comfortable lounging furniture, 1 indoor dining area, kitchen, indoor laundry; Outdoor patio has a second dining area with nice glass table and 6 padded, rocking swivel chairs. Several padded chaise loungers are along the pool and dock. The house is stocked with all the luxuries of home (plenty of towels, sheets, lovely dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, and almost every appliance you could think of). There is a large 50" tele in the main lounge area and a second tele in the master. Both have cable. Wireless internet is throughout the property....inside and out. There are CD/radio/music available throughout the property. 
Enjoy the jacuzzi tub in the second bathroom; The master has a huge tile and glass shower with double sinks and vanities and separate toilet closet; the main floors in the living area are bamboo wood, and the finest granite countertops are throughout kitchen and master bath. This is a "quality built" custom home with upgraded quality that is not traditionally found in rental properties.
