This cozy 3/2 home with 1,780 sq.ft. of living area has been remodeled to give you the feel of home away from home. It is completely furnished and comes with a back yard tropical paradise. Featuring a breathtaking lagoon heated pool with a magnificient rock waterfall. The pool has a beach look entrance. The pool deck is marble. Another area has a private grecian heated spa with severall waterfalls. There is a flagstone fire pit to sit around fireside and roast marshmellows. There is a secluded Tiki Hut with a 2 person hammock. A pond with a bridge and waterfall. The Tiki Bar has granite counters, refrigerator, grill, sink,and is connected to an enclosed recreation room that is air conditioned and has a pool table, big screen TV, desk, couch, recliner chair, refrigerator, and microwave which makes an extra little hideaway. The property is fully enclosed with a 7' privacy fence. Guests have told us that it is the most relaxing place they have ever stayed and sometimes return for week-end get-aways. The house has a full new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. There are marble floors throughout the home. There is a dining room with bar. The living room has a big screen TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has two queen pillow top beds, TV, VCR, and DVD. Also, a large desk with a big screen computer that has DSL internet, fax, copier, scanner, printer, wireless capability within 500', etc. Full master bath with enclosed shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Full guest bathroom with shower/tub. There is a third sleeper sofa bed in the detached 650 sq.ft. air conditioned room with TV. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer with a pantry for storage. Other amenities are: Bath towels, wash clothes, pool towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, silverware, plastic ware, are all provided. Plus, there is a licensed massage therapist that you can book in advance of arrival that comes to the property and a siiter service for pets and children. The pool area is one of the BEST things about the home and the separate recreational room with pool table. Truely a tropical escape and PHENOMANAL! Also we have the PERFECT place for kids and animals. We have a large fenced in area (front and back yard completley fenced in) for them to play.

We really live very close to many attractions. We are 2 1/2 hours to Disney World and Universal Studios, 20 minutes to our Local zoo, 30 minutes to Lion Country Safari, 20 minutes from West Palm Beach airport, and 35 minutes from Ft Lauderdale airport. We have water skiing on Lake Ida and we are only 5 minutes away. Any major chain store or restaurant is only within minutes of our place. We live 10 minutes from several beaches. Golf is only 3 minutes and of course there are many other golf areas within 20 minutes. We are near PGA National Golf Courses about 30 minutes. We are 25 minutes to the pro baseball stadium. 60 minutes from pro football stadium. Plenty of famous downtown Atlantic Ave. entertainment, restaurants, and movie theaters are within minutes away.

				Low Season Price:	€1,450 per Week
				High Season Price:	€1,880 per Week

We require a deposit of $685 for a weekly rental to secure dates which becomes security deposit upon arrival. Deposit refundable with 60 day cancellation notice minus a $50 fee.Cleaning fee is $125 and is reduced to $85, if home is left clean. There is a 5% credit card fee. Any damage to property will be deducted from deposit, plus cleaning fee, and credit card fee before refund. Deposit is more if monthly, usually equal to amount paying for the month. $250 refundable pet deposit, providing home doesn't have anything wrong that is pet related. We have events on property for special pricing(wedding,receptions, anniversary) inquire with Dennis. We accept checks if they are mailed at least 3 weeks in advance, cash, money orders, and cashiers checks. We also have off season monthly rates but need to inquire on these.
