Location of the property

The vacation rental you are interested in, is inside an upscale 24 hour security staffed gated community. Communities like ours with large private properties are in more secure areas, quiet and tranquil located a few miles West of the ocean. Therefore we are not directly on the beach, nor can you see the beach form the property. Our address is 10967 El Paraiso Place, Delray Beach, Florida 33446. With a car you are within short driving distance to one of the most beautiful beaches. Our property is perfect for the discerning guest that is requesting privacy and peace within a luxurious environment, demanding high end finishes of an upscale rental property that is yet centrally located close to everything.

Your rental

You are renting our private Villa Guesthouse, depending on your needs, up to 3 bedrooms. You will not share this rental with other tenants. We just give you the option to rent 1 to 3 bedrooms. The other bedrooms will be locked off and you will only pay and use the amount of bedrooms you requested. Of course the rest of the 1600 square foot Guesthouse, including kitchen and living room, is at your personal and private usage, no other tenant will be renting while you are staying as our guest. The Guesthouse is equipped with all bedding linens as well as regular towels. Any kind of beach towels have to be provided by the renter. A total of 3 TV’s as well as a DVD player and CD Stereo System are part of the technical equipment of the house. The large open kitchen features high end custom wood cabinetry, exotic granite and stainless steel appliances, toaster oven and coffee maker are of course offered as well. The entire Guesthouse features 24 inch saturnia marble flooring including the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 walk in closets, kitchen and living room.Additional Information about the Guesthouse & Pool

Within the gated community we are the last property in a cul-de-sac location, which gives you additional privacy, entering the estate through a separate private gate which leads to the property with over 6 acres, surrounded by lakes for great fishing, access to nature trails for hiking or horseback riding, dirt bike or ATV activities. On the property is a gorgeous resort style pool with large deck, beach entrance, sun-shelf, huge waterfall with grotto, play area with sand, all fenced in for additional security. This is a private pool that belongs to our property, therefore not a community shared pool. You have full access to the pool during your stay.

Additional Information about the neighborhood

We are centrally located in West Delray Beach, just outside the city limits of Boca Raton. Therefore you have the convenience of 2 cities right nearby. Delray Beach with Atlantic Avenue right north of us, which leads to a beautiful white sandy beach, numerous little restaurants with a large variety of food offerings. There are breakfast, lunch and dinner places right at A1A at the beach for your convenience. Only 3 minutes away driving south, the upscale Boca Raton has right around the corner on Clint Moore Road a brand new Shopping Plaza with Publix Groceries, Starbucks, UPS store and various restaurants as well as wine and liquor store. Also close by is the upscale Boca Raton Town Center Mall on Glades Road. Numerous Restaurants, Shops and Specialty Stores are all very close to our central but yet tranquil location.

May 1st to December 14th 1 bedroom $ 990.00 per week, 2 bedrooms $ 1,590.00 per week, 3 bedrooms $ 2,090.00 per week. December 15th to January 14th 1 bedroom $ 1490.00 per week, 2 bedrooms $ 2,390.00 per week, 3 bedrooms $ 3,090.00 per week. A onetime cleaning fee per rental ($ 100.00 1 bedroom, $ 130.00 2 bedrooms, $ 150.00 3 bedrooms) as well as 6% Florida sales tax will be added. Prices quoted are per 2 guests per bedroom. Additional bed or person per room maybe available or allowed. Surcharge for every additional person of 35.00 Dollar / day might apply.
