    Our condominium bylaws only allows two months minimun rental. $6500 per month plus 10% Tax. $6000 per month if rental is for more than two months. $1500 security deposit to pay for electricity and phone service and repair damages.Refundable at the end of lease period if not used in total. $2000 deposit when signing the contract and monthly rental payable in advance every month.$2000 deposit applicable to last month rent $2000 deposit is not refundable if lease contract is not cancelled at least two months in advance High season is December until end of March
