"Dear John and Anne Marie,

Just want to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your bungalow. Everything we could think of was already there for us. Our friends and family that came by to visit loved the place and what you did with it. Everyone was surprised that we found such a nice place through the internet. Michael was very accommodating and helpful during our stay.

We haven’t made any decisions for next year, but we would appreciate it if we could have the right of first refusal for January, 2010.
