Over the years Daytona has shed its “party” image, (its still there in places and can be found), and has become more of a family friendly vacation destination and retirement community. There is something in Daytona for everyone! 
 
This rental was acquired in 2009 and has been renovated and furnished. 
 
Our rental guidelines are as follows: 
 
-occupancy cannot exceed 2 adults and one child 
no pets under any circumstances 
no smoking in or around property. 
***We extreme precautions to adhere to our no pet/no smoking policy. **** 
We target renters who are looking for a quiet environment conducive to the property. 
No parties of any kind will ever be hosted. 
No loud motorcycle allowed in the complex.
